Edit: Thanks to =LadyBlacksword for the info. This guy is not an albino, rather, he is Leucistic. As you can see from this Closer look at his head, he has normal-coloured eyes.

And he's popular with the ladies too, 'cause there's actually a white peahen around with him: [link]

Nope, he's not an albino, you can see from this Close-up shot that his eyes are dark brown. Also, there was also a white peahen around (his mate I presume), so I think it's a colouring/breed.
